Y'all know I stay hungry, so come with me to Valenti's Love Vegan Mexican Restaurant, located in Fort Worth, Texas. This restaurant is 100% vegan, and I was welcomed with fresh chips, salsa, and bean dip. This menu had everything from all the traditional Mexican dishes to sandwiches, burgers, brunch choices, desserts, smoothies, and they have a special menu for diabetics. This pineapple mix with his biscuits was very refreshing. I ordered the chimichanga with beef. It comes with rice and beans, but I got a salad instead. Y'all see the sting? I'm so impatient. I was just ready to eat. It was so good. These sweet nachos were very similar to a socopia. Shout out to Valenti's. The service and the food was amazing.
