@morokokoko's Review of Toyokan Bowl - Vancouver, Canada

I finally checked out Toyokan Plaza, the sister restaurant of Raisu and Kinyo. This button has such a cute retro vibe and so many unique items. Since they specialize in uni, the chawamushi served in a sea urchin shell is a must. They also make a rich, creamy uni risotto right in front of you. I also enjoyed the aged fish sashimi and the plate shumai. The pizzas are also a top pick. They feature unique toppings you won't find anywhere else like uni, crab, and eel. I tried a squid pizza. and the punchy, anchovy-like flavor was so good. To finish, my favorite dessert is the Hojicha Monaka.
