The newest creation from chef Oscar Amador, blending Spanish influence with modern global flavors in a refined, yet approachable way. What we ordered? Cannellin Special, rich, comforting, and deeply flavorful, with a silky texture that feels both rustic and elevated. La France Quesadilla, crisp on the outside, creamy and indulgent inside, with a balance of savory and subtle sweetness. Arachera, perfectly grilled, juicy, and bold, especially... when paired with their incredible sauces. Sauce tray highlight, easily one of my favorite parts of the meal. Each sauce was complex and distinctive, adding new layers and personality to every bite. Thoughtful cooking, beautiful plating, and flavors that invite you to slow down and really taste the food.
