With over 80 merchants, Reading Terminal Market is the best place in Philly to grab something to eat with your picky family members. You can find out all the details about my family's dietary restrictions in the caption, but we're going to talk about what I ate there. I could not go to Philly without getting a cheesesteak and a pretzel, and at Miller's Twist, I can get a combination of both. Soft pretzel with the meaty, cheesy gooeyness on the inside. So good. Still hungry, I went to Beck's Cajun Cafe and ordered her fried mac and cheese balls with the chicken and shrimp gumbo on top. And while visually it's not the best appealing, the crunchiness combined with the rich deep flavor of the gumbo was on point. And to finish on a sweet note, I ordered a strawberry banana pudding from Sweet Nina's. That is Miss Nina there in the back making the pudding. It's the perfect sweet ending to a Philadelphia adventure. I can see why Sweet Nina's was named Philly's best in 2019.
