Let's have dinner at the Grand Luxe Cafe. This is located in Las Vegas inside the Venetian. My mom got the salmon, my dad got the chicken parm, and I ordered the cafe beef wellington. These were like mini deconstructed beef wellingtons. It was delicious. Those potatoes and fried Brussels sprouts were addicting. I told my parents if we're going to Las Vegas I really want a beef wellington and this one did not disappoint. Mmm look how creamy they are guys.
