Did you know that Mila in Miami has an omakase experience? The dining room seats 10 guests, and aside from their ongoing omakase experience, they also do these chef collaborations. And tonight I was checking out the collab with James Beard award-winning chef Daniela Soto-Inez, who leads Rubra, which is the restaurant at the W in Punta Mita. And tonight we did a, I believe it was 16-course omakase dinner, and it had so many flavors. It was a lot of influence from Miami, Mexico, and Japan. And every little bite was packed with so much flavor and intensity. And I think this Wagyu dish was my favorite one. It was very decadent. It was a great dining experience. You will not leave here hungry. And Milo Group really just understands how to create an experience. They understand hospitality.
