If you are looking for elevated Mexican cuisine, check out the Blind Coyote in Norbalinda, California. It's not your normal Mexican. It has a little California ranchero twist, but it is delicious. The red salsa was great, but the green salsa was even better. And the cocktails from the agave bar did not disappoint. I ordered the shrimp Diablo, and I'm still craving it. We rate restaurants whether we'd come back again, and we all said 100% we would definitely come back. We had great service, great food, great drinks. There was nothing. I didn't like about the blind coyote.
