on the next episode of my big back adventure we have returned to burton's bar and grill at the market plaza on university if you know you know this time we're here for the gluten-free big back brunch on saturdays and sundays from 10 30 to 3 p.m sat in the booth right by the bar so we had a nice view got a few drinks but for food we start off with the firecracker shrimp this was presented beautifully tasted even better and that cilantro cucumber salad was really good for the half diet also got some crispy calamari for the second appetizer i love calamari and i like the fact that they put cherry peppers and jalapenos in this as well i am very biased i love anything that short rib so this grilled cheese sandwich on a challah bread was fire this sandwich was stuffed pickled red onions cheddar maple sriracha all on some challah bread make sure you dunk it in that beef ajou packed full of flavor that ajou just brings it together so well i think you guys should check out Burton's if you haven't checked it out already.
