@drlean's Review of Umai Ramen - Henderson, NV

We weren't really feeling like cooking today, and it's kind of cold out, which is the perfect weather for some ramen, so we hit up the Ume Ramen Shop in Henderson. Even with the shop being pretty busy, we were greeted and sat right away, and our server was super friendly. To start off, we ordered some appetizers. We got the takiyaki, which is a fried octopus with cheese inside. They brought it out super fast, and that was pretty good. Next, we moved on to the main dish. It was recommended by a friend to get the black garlic ramen. This was super flavorful and filling. The service, the food, the environment, it was great. I would give this a nine out of 10.
