Alana's family and I all went to dinner at Zarleti in Mequon, Wisconsin. As a table, we shared a bunch of different appetizers, including a charcuterie board, truffle fries, and bruschetta. The truffle fries were crispy and flavorful, and I loved the fresh olives and cheese on the charcuterie board. The bruschetta with the gluten-free bread was delicious with the balsamic glaze. For my entree, I got the pheasant ragu, which was creamy and flavorful. The pheasant tasted like chicken and was almost stew-like with the veggies and carrots. I took one bite, and wow, that pheasant ragu was so delicious, I can't wait to come back soon.
