It's just so good we had to come back. Here we are at Rails in Tawaco, New Jersey. You kick it off with this beautiful bread, so soft, iconic wedge salad. It is delicious. That bacon, oh my goodness, with the pickled onions. This onion soup was out of this world. I mean, look at that. It's just TikTok worthy. Look at that cheese pull. So tasty and delicious. Loved it so much. These are the Wagyu beef sliders with caramelized onions and a little cornichon to top it off. So delicious. This was a special. The rock shrimp with chipotle aioli and hot cherry peppers. I love anything with a good hot cherry pepper. It was delicious. Here we got a little margarita pizza. Just something extra, you know. It was good. Look at this. As long as it doesn't flop, it's for me. Great. And we got some truffle parmesan. Parmesan fries that are so delicious. Dipping a little ketchup. Love me a good ketchup. And there we go. So good.
