Get ready for a flavor-packed experience at Pablito's Tacos, where Peruvian and Mexican cuisines collide in the best way possible. Of course, we have to try several of their dishes, starting with the lomo saltado. A savory stir-fry of tender beef, juicy tomatoes and crispy fries, bursting with flavor. If you're feeling bold, the surf and turf burrito comes with the best of both worlds, with juicy shrimp and steak. This was by far one of my favorites, along with the lomo saltado. The TJ style tacos had the perfect street food vibes with all the toppings. You can't forget the vampiro birria taco which is loaded and crispy as well as the crunchy tacos which are honestly next level. I mean just look at that cheese pool. Plantains were sweet, crispy, and irresistible.
