I was one of the plant power lucky ones. I had to pull up to the one and only plant power fast food because something was here for a limited time. And it was the ribby sandwich. It's a plant-based rib cutlet made with shredded jackfruit, smothered in barbecue sauce, topped with Grillo pickles, onions, and hugged with a toasted bun. And let me just say, it definitely gave what it needed for a hot vegan summer. The ribby was here for a good time, not a long time, and sadly ran off to the sunset. But you can still pull up and try some of my faves and let them know that I sent you. And this is why.
