Of course we're doing a seance. How else are we supposed to contact the dead? Hi, Jinx at Joffrey Manor. The newest escape room from Nerdy by Nature in Mission Viejo, California is a lovely romp through what I would say is a dream come true. We got to be the meddling kids! Okay, I know. It's not exactly Scooby-Doo. It's highly influenced by and obviously a love letter to this cartoon that I grew up always wanting to be. I mean, Jinkies, come on! Who didn't want to be one of the Scooby gang? And you get to go into this beautiful mansion and explore, solve puzzles, and solve a mystery. The set design is stunning. The puzzles are fun. It does require mobility. And I would watch an episode of Scooby-Doo before you go, just so you're like, you know, feeling the mood. They recommend three to 10 players. We play with just the two of us. However, I'd say four for adults is a good number and up to 10 with kids. Overall, this is a super fun game, highly recommend.
