So we came out to Fountain Valley to check a roll hand roll bar where you can order hand roll sets or a la carte items like their toro and truffle roll which we thought was amazing that we got two orders. We also tried their kaisendan which they fill up with a miso halibut bone broth when you're halfway done which we thought made the dish even better.
