Hey y'all, so tonight I made some Rotel chicken pasta, y'all. It turned out bomb, as you can see. So I just got all my ingredients, and then I put some olive oil on my chicken and garlic powder, second line Creole seasoning, smoked paprika, some Italian seasoning, some crushed red pepper, and I mixed it all together like that. Diced up my veggies, and I put it in some butter, saltated, chopped up some spinach, added that to my pan, chopped up some Velveeta, put in some heavy whipping cream. Stir it up just like that, however you like it. Then I cut my chicken out the oven. Add some rotel to the cheese sauce. Cut up my chicken. Then I mix it together and pour it over my rotini noodles. Put some shredded cheese on top. Bait it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, y'all. It was bomb. Y'all gotta try this.
