So it is the 2023 Tidewater Chili Cook-Off and back again we have Wendy aka Hot Chili here to defend her title and this year she brought out the whole family No Hose Bars because she was determined to take home the belt once again and she did. She fought hard and was able to knock it out the park and this year she actually had a white chili which was really tasty but next year you guys got to come on out and try it so congrats Wendy on being a 2023 champion
