Need to make a dinner reservation in downtown Columbia? We'll give Hendrix on Main Street a try. Hendrix isn't just a restaurant but a dining experience, and here's why. The food is local, sustainable, ethnically sourced, and most importantly, delicious. I had the deviled eggs and blue crab hush puppies as my appetizers, and the Carolina Heritage Farms pork chop as my main dish. And let me tell you, that pork chop was juicy. I give Hendrix a 9.5 out of 10, and trust me, this place will not disappoint.
