Inside you have black lentils, black garlic and soy sauce. On the top it's a puffed bread from India and inside you have smoked eel and fresh herb with the cheese cream on the top. The small pie you have in front of you is a tarragon butter with peach, radish and trout eggs. And we finish in the spoon with a watermelon that has been marinated in parsley jelly. Enjoy!
