Have you ever been to a restaurant in a gas station? El Carajo is located in a gas station but it's not what you'd expect. El Carajo is actually an outstanding Spanish restaurant with a curated wine shop and it's definitely a Miami hidden gem. There's an extensive tapas menu. The dishes are perfect to share with your friends and honestly transported me right back to Spain. We also tried several of their main dishes which were excellent. As for the wine, the options are basically endless and the El Carajo Sommelier can provide you some amazing recommendations. As always, dessert is definitely a must and you can't go wrong with any of these desserts. El Carajo is an amazing experience and you should check it out.
