Today we're trying Pho Redbo in Garden Grove, California. Wow! This place blew our expectations out of the water. We started with the Flaming Wagyu Corpaccio. Not Flaming Spicy, like flaming literally. This was cooked table side and they ask you how you like it cooked, so of course medium rare. It was so flavorful and the dipping ponzu sauce was the perfect compliment. Next we got their Pho combination and Pho with rare steak and they have two types of noodles. So I got the classic thin noodles and Nadia tried their thick noodles. Nadia absolutely loved the thick noodles. She said it was in her top five pho bowls of all time. I know, bold statement. I tried it and the rare steak was melt in your mouth good. In my pho combo, the meat to noodle ratio was excellent and the meat quality was great. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this meal and we will definitely be back.
