First one. So we have a little over 100 acres of not only vines, but we also have our olive oil. So we have olives growing here and we have a lavender. Yeah, the owners, Penny and Penny Durant, just absolutely love where they have decided to create this beautiful space. And Penny actually takes on a lot of the kind of like the decor. and like loves the plants. And so she's really taken that on and it really shows, I mean, they take care of this place in just an immaculate way. They also have a farm down here. So we just had some baby sheep born and it's really exciting.
