Happy Lamb is a really highly rated hotpot restaurant in Redmond. My family and I decided to check it out for brunch. They had an extensive menu and my mom is vegan. They had plenty of options for her. They had meats, tofus, vegetables, literally everything. I also had a few desserts and a sauce bar. You can basically make your own sauce and dip your meats in it once they're cooked. We ordered a spicy broth and a vegetarian broth. Both were absolutely amazing. We ended with a few desserts, which were alright. But overall, it was a great spot.
