I won tickets to the James Beer Foundation Taste of America at Anju. This is my experience. It dates back to pre-Hispanic times, and it used to be pretty much corn, masa, and beans. And marinated prime ribeye. So ribeye has been marinated for four days in garlic, ginger, soy, sesame, super aromatic. The duck has been pan-seared, and we're putting it with a hullabum gastric.
