I'm Tommy Watkins and this is the Food Quest. And to finish up the Alaska trip, I was at Matanuska Brewing Company in Palmer, Alaska. Had the pokey nachos with an IPA beer. The nachos had avocado, red onion, tomato, wasabi cream, sriracha cream, and sesame seeds. It was cold out in Alaska, but these nachos were fire. And that's why I'm on the Food Quest.
