I'm giving the Lomito beef sandwich at Buenos Aires Cafe a ten out of ten and crowning it the best sandwich in Austin. This thing was perfect, medium rare steak, cheese, grilled onions, pepperoncini, and chimichurri, all on a baguette. Every ingredient was perfectly seasoned, cooked, and stacked so that each bite made me impatient for the next. I honestly can't wait to go back.
