I rode the biggest and baddest roller coaster in all of Nebraska. Funplex is a small amusement park and water park in Omaha, Nebraska. Their new roller coaster Mammoth just opened this year and it's actually pretty good. It gives an approachable and smooth ride. It's rather comfortable and something that the whole family could potentially ride. This ride even has a little bit of intensity towards the end. My favorite moment is this helix right before the brake run. My personal favorite touch at this park is when you get off of the ride you go past like this shed garage where this mammoth is being propped up by something looks like it's in storage but it's actually on display now my biggest complaint about this place is that there is not a supporting ride lineup that is of any interest to me and amusement parks of this size usually have a pay-per-ride option to ride the rides but no this is pay one price included in that price is a small water park think like parks and recreation in a nice suburb that may be a little bit better if you're a local it's probably cool but if you're from anywhere else you might not be impressed by this water park we visited the night of the friday night ride nights was a $25 ticket so we did pay $50 to ride this coaster but it would have cost us about $90 if it was before five if the park offered a paper ride model might have paid like closer to 20 to 30 for both of us so no i won't be back and i can't really recommend you go unless you're a family with smaller children but still why are we forcing grandma to pay $42 for this product
