And yeah, we're starting tight on these tacos al pasta. You've got the pineapple right on top, cilantro, onions, all sitting on that graystone plate. Like this is the exact shot that makes people argue about pineapple on tacos in the comments. Next is Taqueria El Khalifa, and look, they're already squeezing lime over the plate, so you know it's go time. Then the camera swings into the kitchen and catches that Al Pastor Trompo spinning in the back. That's the shot right there, meat stacked up on the vertical spit, ready for tacos.
