We're going to make blueberry and a Tony's wig. This is just a blueberry butter. We infuse the butter with blueberry juice. We handshake all our own cheese. It's a little something that'll wet the whistle. As soon as she gets brown, crispy, we'll bring her out and we'll garnish her up and send her on her way. So this is our pink pill parmesan crusted chickpea cutlets. Blueberry jam. This is blueberry ricotta. It's that same juice that we make that butter with and we infuse it into the ricotta. And this is hot honey ricotta.
