@foodiesonthemove_'s Review of Meridian - Dallas, TX

If you ever wanted to feel like you're on Food Network, you should try Meridian in Dallas. The ambiance is warm, upscale, but still really comfortable. And with their new look and vibe, it really sets the mood for any occasion. Meridian is led by executive chef Eduardo, a 2026 Culture Map Tastemaker Award nominee. He showed me how his team uses open flame in the kitchen to take the dishes to the next level, which was really cool to see. And his team worked so well together. Nothing like a Hell's Kitchen episode. Just launched a new thoughtfully curated drink menu. They have happy hour during the week with $10 specialty cocktails and more. So yeah, I already know I'll be back for that. I was so excited to try some items from their spring menu and not gonna lie, the octopus was one of my favorites. The flavor was really on point, y'all. And for the entrees, the salmon was super tender, perfectly cooked. And that spinach ricotta pasta, yeah, I made the right decision with that one. We ended with dessert cocktails instead of actual dessert. and I'm glad we did. Overall, Meridian felt like one of those places you can always come back to. Really good food and really good vibes.
