Okay, off the hook poke market is going crazy already. Right away you see the case stacked with cold ginger ahai, spicy ahai, and shoyu ahi. And the fish looks super fresh. Then, um, that close-up bowl with octopus, bright orange tobiko, green onions, and crispy toppings. So good on camera. And when the two bowls open up at the end, you can literally see the spicy poke, the green sauce, and all that texture packed over rice. Comment your city and I'll do yours next.
