Have y'all been to Ta Taco? If not, you need to go now. Chef Oscar Diaz, latest Durham concept, opened last month. So you know me and Cousin Kenya had to come check it out. And it was some of the best Mexican cuisine that we have ever had. Now I'm not going to mess up these names, but just know the ceviche was to die for. Instead of salsa, they served this delicious bean dip with Peruvian beans. And we even met Chef Diaz. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
