I love eating, so I'm kind of lucky that my husband manages an Italian restaurant. So that's a big thing because it's just continuously, hey, do you want me to bring something for dinner? I'm like, oh, sure. Then I don't have to cook. And that's when it comes, you know, like a big pasta or me. Let's reset. Let's do this properly. And yes, being more conscious about what I cook at home, what I'm eating, and you know. It's gonna be much easier because I'm already exercising a lot, so just having this little help, it will, you know, put me back on what I need to be, my clothes to fit properly and all that good stuff that every woman wants.
