Most people know Ito as the ultra-exclusive, 12-seat omakasa restaurant where dinner runs, about $500 per person, and the quality is truly top-tier. Honestly, that price is a little out of my budget. But here's the secret. You can enjoy the same Ito-level quality at Bar Ito, located right inside the Fontainebleau food hall, without breaking the bank. I ordered their three-roll set, and it came in the most beautiful bento-style presentation. From the precision to the freshness every bite. tasted like luxury i also got the seared wagyu beef bowl made fresh to order and it was rich tender and absolutely satisfying even though it's in the food hall the flavor craftsmanship and quality are 100 at the standards.
