@seri_tag's Review of Gen ramen - Raleigh, US

I ought to fight every one of y'all that didn't tell me about this place and this amazing ramen, but I'm not going to do y'all like that. Hey, my name is Sariana. I'm your favorite model foodie. And let me tell y'all about gin ramen. This was my first time going here and trust and believe it will never be my last. I am just so upset at everybody in the Raleigh area. No one told me about this place. They have a pretty big menu. I will say that, but I didn't come here for all the other bowel buns and all. I'm sure that's good, but I came here for the ramen. I love me a good ramen bowl. It's rainy outside. I said, I got to give me something. So I ended up getting the shoyu bowl. Now. I may have ate some chicken. You know, I'm a pescatarian, but we're willing to overlook it for the amazing taste of this bowl. I told them not to put in any pork belly and any chicken broth. And the man was like, well, I'll show you a soy sauce base and it shouldn't be any chicken broth. I don't care about none of that at this point. Baby, if I ate the chicken, I ate the chicken. Because the way this ramen healed my soul, the flavors that came through this umami, oh my God, I can't even stop to tell y'all. Y'all need to go get you one of these. That's all I can say. When you have to take pauses and look back at it and be like, what? Was this really what I thought? Was this life? That's how you know it's good. When the eyes roll back, you know it's good. I also want to say that to get a perfectly soft-boiled egg is a talent. I have not been able to do it at home. And the soft-boiled egg was delicious. This is how the bowl looked after.
