@hungere-for-diy's Review of Chubby Cattle BBQ - Pleasanton, US

Have you been to Chubby Cattle in Pleasanton yet? I've been dying to try this spot ever since they announced their opening. I pulled up about 15 minutes before they opened on a Friday and there were already about 20 people in line. If you're in the first 25 or so, you'll probably make the first seating, so try to get there early. Once you're seated, you get 75 minutes to order and 90 minutes to eat. There's a timer on the iPad to help keep track. I highly recommend going with the Diamond here since it gives you access to everything on the menu. The food was seriously incredible and totally worth the hype. The wagyu was insanely tender. They also have hand rolls, sushi, and so many other options. There's something for everyone. Don't forget to check out the bar area. They have veggies, fruit, and various side dishes. Definitely grab the samurai milk tea. It was smooth, creamy, and so delicious. And save room for dessert. The vanilla and soft serve is the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Be like me. Go visit and eat way too much.
