Have you been to Lila Ventana in Big Sur yet? Here's a highlight of some of the yummy things I ate during our stay. Brunch is available on the day you arrive, even before you check into your room, so I highly recommend getting here early. The carbonara pizza was so good. I ended up trying the margarita pizza on a different day, but I think the carbonara was chef's kiss. The brunch menu was the same throughout our stay, so we mixed things up for breakfast and lunch. For one of the dinners, we ordered the bone and ribeye, which feeds too. The steak was cooked perfectly and so juicy. I started with the hen egg, which... was so delicious. I got it a second night. From 2 to 9 p.m., small bites and drinks are available poolside. Definitely get their tuna melt. Because it was our anniversary, charcuterie was delivered to our room during turndown service, which I thought was a nice little touch. And there's always s'mores available every night at 7 p.m. Needless to say, I was incredibly full and content during our stay.
