Fort Mill finally has ramen worth talking about. Yoshi ramen recently opened in TQK. We started with the Berkshire Gyoso and then tried the agadashi garlic tofu in a dashi broth with a crispy garlic oil. Next, we tried the Berkshire pork belly buns served in this adorable bicycle basket. It's a presentation worth remembering. On to the main event. The house spicy garlic ramen was crazy flavorful with a medium thick noodle, pork chashu, and a tonkatsu broth. We also tried the chashu don with the homemade braised pork belly. that melts in your mouth. New on the menu is the Yuzu lemonade, which was a perfect pairing to our delicious meal. Yoshi Ramen is hitting it out of the ballpark with their decor and homemade flavors. These authentic dishes are just what we've been waiting for. In fact, I had to bring some Karachi chicken home with me. So do yourself a favor, and if you're ever south of Charlotte, stop by Yoshi Ramen.
