Come with me to Cascada, the most dreamy wellness sanctuary in Portland. Head upstairs. There's a restaurant, shop, and then the spa. You check in on their tablet. They give you a towel and a pair of sandals for your stay. The vanity bathroom and locker area are lovely. They have lots of amenities. The lockers themselves have these electronic keys that you wear as a bracelet. It's really cool. And the first room is beautiful, as you can see. And this was a night visit, so typically during the day you would see the sun shining through those windows, but we went for the last few hours of the day. They offer water and herbal tea at your leisure in a couple different areas. We utilized that first pool to kind of get our toes wet, and then we went down to the sanctuary. now down below it's a silent space so i try to respect that and put my phone away there are several different areas different temperatures of pools a sauna etc this map shows a little bit of that and when i say i left this place a changed person i have never been so calm in my entire life i loved the shampoo so much we got some on our way out and i highly recommend going to this spa Check them out.
