so today we're trying matiki island barbecue here in las vegas i've seen lots of instagram and tiktok videos about how big these beef rib barbecue ribs are and how good it is so today we're gonna check it out and try it now my box isn't busting out at a seam like i've seen the videos of but that's a pretty good amount of the beef ribs there for me and we got two scoops of rice and we got some macaroni salad so let's give it a try see how she tastes well first i have to say there are some big big bone ribs but there's not a lot of meat on them i mean i mean look at that a lot of bone not a lot of meat let's give her a try he's very good I'm gonna give you some sauce to try on there. So let's put a little bit of that on there. The sauce is really good. Rice. Good sticky rice, like it should be. Macaroni salad. I'm not normally a much of a macaroni salad guy, but let's try it. Not bad. A little sweet. Pretty good. And I asked about if they do a veteran's discount, and they gave me a free drink. So. pretty good it was like with tax like $19
