I'm obsessed with how exclusive it feels. Sushi by Scratch is owned by a Michelin star chef and every single nigueri goes through such meticulous preparation and with the finest ingredients. I kept saying how every nigueri was my favorite. This is such a great spot for your next special night or celebration.
