we're back at it again with your favorite model foodie first review of 2025 starting off strong at dashi a ramen shop that also has a bar upstairs this is what the inside looks like it is pretty cute i have to say a little quaint um the menu is not super big if you are not a meat eater so if you're vegan or vegetarian there is not a lot of options when it comes to the ramen there is one but this is not uncommon ramen shop so there is one but just letting you know so i started off with the kfc which is the korean fried cauliflower it has scallions and pickled cucumbers in it. Overall, I think I would give this maybe a six out of 10, five out of 10. It wasn't my favorite. I've had a lot of fried cauliflower. I think for me, the sauce tasted like a buffalo sauce, but the breading itself did not have enough seasoning and flavoring. So the sauce is the only thing that gave it flavor, which I didn't prefer. Then I got the vegetarian ramen. I added a soy marinated egg because I love a good marinated egg and I love when it's a little bit runny. It comes with a variety of different vegetables. So we have mushrooms, bok choy, seaweed, bean sprouts, scallions, and I believe maybe carrots. Either way, for this, I would say this was like a 7.5 out of 10. It needed a little bit more flavoring. I don't know if the veggie broth was not flavored enough or what it was. But honest review, maybe they had an off day. But either way, check it out for yourself. Maybe you can try a different type of ramen that I couldn't try. Enjoy.
