This is a brand new Japanese restaurant. But what makes them so different from all the other Japanese restaurants? This amazing sushi display. And you know I gotta go try it. But first, we're gonna try some of their menu items. For appetizers, I ordered their crab rangoons. You can never go wrong with those. It's crunchy wonton wrapper filled with creamy cream cheese and crab. The takoyaki is crispy, crunchy, with a soft and gooey center filled with tender, chewy pieces of octopus, topped with Kewpie mayo and bonito flakes. These are my favorite. Now for entrees. Got quite a few starting with the hibachi plate with chicken steak and shrimp the meats were cooked to perfection even the vegetables that came with it were pretty good especially with that yum yum sauce we did get a few ramen bowls starting with the classic and most popular tonkatsu ramen made with rich creamy pork bone broth with marinated braised pork belly and one of their most spiciest ramen is the kimchi beef ramen it has a sour and spicy kick from the crunchy kimchi cooked in a pork bone broth with pieces of beef in the soup but i'm kind of regret this because I have no spice tolerance. But check out this sushi staircase. This is so much better than a sushi boat.
