This is the best five-course meal you'll find in Fresno. This is Lao Lineage Eatery, a pop-up that happens once a month in Isla Tea Lounge. The menu changes every month with delicious elevated Lao food. With my pandan milk tea, I had neem kao for the first course, followed by nem tok with a delicious dipping sauce. The third course was a digestif, a chicken soup. This scallop kao pun was delicious. And to cap it a la, a delicious pandan cheesecake.
