What's your favorite way to eat soft serve? Mine is definitely in a Japanese taiyaki cone. Ujitai has incredible soft serve that is thick and flavorful. Look at what a perfect swirl this is. I add in matcha powder and strawberry sticks on top of my ube soft serve inside a Nutella-filled taiyaki cone. This is my reaction every time I eat this. So delicious. There's many locations in the Bay Area, but you can find this one in Pleasanton.
