I had to tell you about the 2024 Best New Restaurant Award winners. I pulled up to the one and only Hey Sunshine Kitchen located in Culver City. I tried out the Mediterranean Chickpea Sandwich. It comes with the best crispy house-made chickpea patty, cucumber, coleslaw, house-made pickles, fresh mint, lemon herb aioli, and a brioche or gluten-free bun. For my drink, I had the wild berry lemonade. And for my dessert, I ended with the amazing rainbow chocolate chip cookie. Crispy on the edge and chewy in the middle. And of course, it's super fresh. Haven't already definitely add to see your vegan must tries watch you thank me later and this is why.
