I had the best mussels at EVO in Scottsdale. Literally some of my favorite mussels ever. But let's start with the table appetizer because every part of this meal was delicious. I got the focaccia. I got the focaccia. It was really good. It was light and flaky. The brie was a little salty. The honey added the perfect amount of sweetness. It was flaky on top. It tasted a little charred like it was wood fired. Like I've never tasted an appetizer like this. It was perfect. This is me trying to get a shot at my friend's plates but they literally started laughing at me so i got nervous um movie god i got fries caesar salad and these delicious mussels they weren't overly seasoned the broth was so flavorful and they tasted amazing the next day this zeppoli is in slow-mo because it was the best dessert i've had in a very long time it was so good um they were fresh and pillowy and not hard at all the ones i've had before have been super hard and the sauces tasted fresh and they weren't too sweet. Like literally perfect. I would definitely come.
