Oh, Mateo, you're gonna see my ass again. This Tex-Mex spot in Tyson's, Virginia is serving up some goddamn good food, and your ass needs to be there. They kick things off with chips and salsa, you know, classic move. This salsa verde, it was like the start of a great first day. On time, smooth, and had you thinking, this might go somewhere. And the red salsa was all about turning up the heat. Spicy, hot, and ready to make you sweat. And you know I love the drakes. My aunt and cousin ordered the mezcal mule. I got the guava hibiscus margarita. Cause hibiscus lowers cholesterol, promotes weight loss. So this alcoholic cocktail sounded like the best option to help me retire this dad bod. For appetizers, don't be cheap. Get the seafood tower. It was the star of the show. Like Frida Kahlo herself sculpted this masterpiece piece of oyster ceviche, yellowfin tuna, lobster, and crab. It was beautiful. We went family style with Sherbo fajitas, and they had everything from seafood, carnitas, chicken, and steak. You name it, they had it. My aunt's quesadilla was amazing. I got to try it when she forgot her to go bag in my fridge. The outdoor seating and bar, sexy as hell. You will definitely find me here again, falling back in love with that seafood tower. And shout out to our server Pablo, dude deserves a raise for talking us into that seafood tower. It was worth every penny and like and follow your boy for more.
