@whatsunique's Review of Brasserie B - Las Vegas

If you've been seeing a lot of Bobby Flay restaurants, well, you can add this to your list. This is Brasserie B inside CJ's Palace, and they're on their soft opening, so here's a quick look. We started dinner with the house-made potato chips. They were so crispy, the first one actually broke in half. This is sardines and a bread. Now, this is my least favorite dish. The first one had a piece of shell, which I'm pretty sure damaged my tooth, and we couldn't get this damn thing on a fork, which says a lot of things about our motor skills. Now, you can't be a fan of Bobby Flay without a filet. See what I did there? The Dover Solis Filet Table... side and has a wonderful bright lemon sauce this salad tasted better than it looked but most of you don't order salads anyway so here's a buttery mashed potato and some crispy french fries the star of the night was a duck confit with a tangerine pomegranate sauce for dessert we had a chocolate souffle our smiley face turned into the grinch we tried to save it with some gramonier sauce it made it look like the joker but definitely made it taste good here we are with our biscotti trying to crack our pistache creme brulee and as a thank you for watching our video here's our server singing you a happy birthday Have a great birthday!
