@amcgurren's Review of Costa Vida - Lubbock, Texas

This is Costa Vida in Lubbock, Texas. It's set up like a Chipotle where you go through and build whatever meal you want to have. You can have a burrito, build your own bowl with some rice and beans and meat. You can do nachos, tacos, and even enchiladas as well. Lots of sauces and varieties of spice levels. Also, they have gluten-free options if you're gluten-free like myself. I went with the nachos today with chicken and black beans it was very delicious I think next time I'll go for a little more spicier choices but still very good the facility is very clean and cute the staff was very nice it was a delicious meal I recommend checking them out
